現在下班我都會去衛武營運動走走 都走五甲轉南京路到國興街路口左轉進衛武營 不過前陣子發現那邊燈號大有問題 因為我在那邊左轉被直行車按過兩次喇叭 也看過別的車左轉被按喇叭 感到奇怪特別花了半個小時在那邊觀察攝影 南京路北向的燈號會提前轉黃燈再轉紅燈 南向的燈號則從從直行綠燈　變　直行右轉左轉綠燈 因為北向看不到南向的燈號 所以有不少左轉駕駛　看到黃燈就開始準備左轉 因為他們認為南向也在變黃燈再變紅燈　南向車輛應會停止 結果常常左轉就是被南向的直行車按喇叭 因為南向直行車看到的是"直行綠燈" 他們認為左轉車要讓直行車　而北向左轉車卻認為他們闖紅燈 雙方路權的認定不一致　很容易發生事故 之前有寫信市府信箱反應過　不過可能我沒把問題點說清 所以目前還是保持原狀 所以特別提醒從南京路左轉進衛武營時 注意對向直行車　確定他們都停止再左轉 以下是攝影影片 http://youtu.be/eR-4uU4RpDM

【綜合報導】歐洲最大規模街頭派對，英國的「諾丁丘嘉年華會」25日開跑，所幸天空作美，陽光普照，預估吸引高達一百萬人參與，體驗加勒比海文化，享受音樂美食加熱舞。

「諾丁丘嘉年華會」，是源自於1959年英國第一次舉辦，慶祝加勒比海傳統習俗和文化的嘉年華會，由於當時種族衝突問題不斷，移民到英國的加勒比海人為保有傳統文化，並拉近和當地民眾的距離，開始舉辦嘉年華會，至今已成每年最受期待的嘉年華會。

龍洞古道迷路　3女子順利獲救

【突發中心／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，貢寮區有3名女子在龍洞古道往濱海的方向，疑似迷路找不到出口，自行報警尋求協助。警消獲報後，在龍洞街設立指揮所，從台2線的登山口派出12人分兩路進行搜尋，還好其中1人有攜帶哨子，警消在20分鐘內即找到3人，約凌晨1時許協助回到濱海公路。3人獲救後，表示不願就醫自行離開，結束一場虛驚。

蜉蝣軍團湧現匈牙利　40年來首見

【綜合報導】流經匈牙利的多瑙河段，日前出現大批蜉蝣軍團，數量多達數百萬隻滿天飛舞，單車騎士得戴上面罩，以躲避大批蜉蝣正面撲擊，還有不少人停留觀看，拍下這驚人的畫面。

由於過去幾年清理多瑙河有成，乾淨的河流再度讓蜉蝣繁衍，專家表示由於河內的硝酸鹽和磷酸鹽含量減少，蜉蝣歷經40年後首度在這裡孵化，大批蜉蝣在空中飛舞，以尋找伴侶繁衍下一代，之後便會死亡。

小弟星期三要和閃光慶生 考慮一下還是選擇火鍋類的 本來想去輕井澤 不過訂位都滿了 聚基本上也吃過了 其它我就真的不太知道了 除了吃到飽的啦 像千葉等等的先不考慮 因為是要慶生 所以還是希望有點氣氛 想問問大家還有沒有私房點 價位都可以 百貨公司裡面好像不少餐廳 不過爬文中好像很少百貨公司的 請大家推薦一下 謝謝 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.43.20
