濫用職權 薄熙來：誤判未枉法

（中央社台北24日電）濟南中院今日再審薄案，下午就濫用職權進行法庭調查，前中共重慶市委書薄熙來坦承，王立軍事件發生時，自己「不冷靜」、「嚴重誤判」，但是他「沒有徇私枉法」、「弄虛作假」。

前重慶市副市長兼公安局長王立軍下午現身法庭與薄熙來對質，他稱自己「不只是證人，還是薄案的受害人」。

王立軍說，在海伍德死亡前一天，薄妻谷開來就告訴他，要對海伍德下手；但直到2012年1月28日才明確告知薄熙來，谷開來殺了海伍德。

其後，王立軍稱他在29日被薄熙來當著其他人的面毆打，最後選擇逃進美國駐成都領事館，「因為很危險、受到暴力對待，身邊工作人員與案件偵辦人員都失蹤了」。

薄熙來則反駁，海伍德死後，王立軍曾經跟他提過，有人說谷開來與之有關。而他向谷查證時，谷非常生氣，說都是王的指使、王教一句他們寫一句，並拿出重慶公安局證明，稱海伍德飲酒過量心臟猝死。

薄熙來稱，王立軍頭一天說是有人說谷開來涉入，但當他第二天再問是不是王授意的，王卻支吾其詞，「這讓我覺得他是兩面派，於是給了他一巴掌」，「但我沒有要逼他走、逼他叛逃的意思」。

薄熙來亦稱，2月2日是讓王立軍「免兼」公安局業務，不是「免職」，因為「王立軍自己說要交換崗位、減輕壓力，所以索性就調了」，而相關人員宣稱王是「休假式治療」，他並不知情。1020824

台塑盃網賽　陳迪黃亮祺留下雙打冠軍

【王毓健／綜合報導】台塑盃國際男子職業網球錦標賽在天母網球場熱戰，第1站雙打賽程今結束，本土組合陳迪／黃亮祺4強逆轉險勝後，決賽2盤6比1橫掃日本組合替臺灣留下冠軍。2人單打8強也都3盤苦戰後告捷，今單打4強戰2人將正面對決。
 
陳迪說：「很開心，能在國內拿冠軍就是不一樣，還有不少朋友從基隆專程跑來，組成啦啦隊，我跟亮祺都覺得能在這種氣氛下贏球很爽！」他表示這是個人今年雙打第6冠，感覺狀況很不錯。
 
4強要兄弟鬩牆，陳迪表示：「其實這不算什麼大比賽，盡力打好就好，如果亮祺贏我，我也會蠻高興的，畢竟新生代能接上來。」黃亮祺挑戰今年單打第5冠，父親兼教練黃明春說：「4強也是盡力而為，看誰發揮比較好，陳迪畢竟比較有經驗。真有機會爭冠的話，也是看臨場，不會有太大壓力。」

抱歉， 今天參加路跑, 突然看到KETSU大大的訊息, 於是就跟KETSU大大提出所取的申請. 後來又一邊騎車, 一邊看到KETSU大大的訊息, 騎車與路跑都是斷斷續續的上網, 有些 地方還收不太到訊號, 就沒有回復等到移動到網路好的地方才回, 讓KETSU大大十分困擾, 在此致歉. 大大很熱心, 主動回復了多次, 於是在一騎回師大時, 就速速的聯絡取物了, 不過還是讓大大跑上跑下, 在此十分謝謝. 標題[問題] 身體內部發燒皮膚表面卻沒有溫度

不知道有沒有版上的板友有類似的經驗或是醫學知識 有一陣子壓力很大 後來我開始身體不舒服 每天有相當的時段 身體內部像是發燒一樣 但是皮膚表面卻沒有溫度 我認為是身體某器官發炎了 但不知道是哪個器官 也不知道要看哪一科 不知道有沒有人可以給我意見 感謝了:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.110.17
