2013宜蘭國際童玩藝術節24日產生第50萬名遊客！林哲瑋帶著妻子和兩個兒子才進入冬山河親水公園大門，就被工作人員告知幸運中獎了，一家四口感到十分意外與開心。縣政府秘書長陳鑫益連忙代表主辦單位送上總值約5萬元的賀禮，包括1本終身免費樂遊童玩節的護照。
第50萬名遊客出現在下午2點40分。來自台南市的林哲瑋夫婦與大兒子林裕翔、小兒子林裕皓，去年童玩節開幕就來玩過，今年為了避開人潮，趁著環島旅行的機會，一路從台東、花蓮玩上來，選在童玩節閉幕的前一天入園，沒想到中了大獎！
獎項包括：價值2萬9千多元的五星級酒店住宿券1張、SPA泡湯券1張、高爾夫球券6張、聲控導航機1台、行車紀錄器1台、萬用型車架一組、車用充電器1組、移動電源1組、保健食品3罐等。
38歲的林哲瑋是科技業的工程師。他表示，這是他長這麼大所得到的最大獎，希望以後會更幸運、獲得更大的獎。原本計畫星期天就要回家，因為在童玩節中大獎，正考慮要不要在宜蘭多玩一到兩天，並且參加閉幕活動。
去年童玩節共44天，總入園人數44萬1176人。今年的童玩節於7月6日開幕、為期51天的夏日盛會將於25日畫下句點，雖然遇到兩次颱風，主辦單位預估總人數約可達到52萬人。今年平日入園約8千至1萬人次，假日約為1萬5千至1萬7千人次；單日最高入園人數出現於開園後的第四個星期六，即7月27日的17961人。
