（軍聞社記者莊家宏臺北廿四日電）國防部長嚴明今天視導「博愛分案」工程進度，瞭解近期工作執行情形，指示落實風險管控作為與工地安全防護工作，掌握施工進度管制，共同努力達成預期目標，確保工程如期、如質完成。

　部長上午由副部長嚴德發上將等人陪同，前往臺北大直視導「博愛分案」工地，聽取工程簡報，強調「品質」與「工安」是新建工程最重要的要求，施工單位務必掌握工程進度，明列完成目標與時限，依規劃期程完成各項工程。

　視導期間，部長前往能源中心與東側大樓，實地瞭解能源設備安裝、室內裝修，以及戶外景觀施工情形，與專案小組交換意見，並期勉監造、營管人員加強工地安全維護，防範意外事件發生。
