【施昂強／台北報導】「胖達人」麵包店遭踢爆添加人工香精，台北市長郝龍斌今天下午還要求市府蒐集證據移送檢調，今天「胖達人」就突然宣告歇業3天，各處分店都拉下鐵門，只貼出一紙黑底白字的「暫停營業」公告，說明為了「調整產品流程」進行整頓，讓不少撲空的民眾只能乾望公告內容。
 
「胖達人」同時在公告中說明，將依消保官指示辦理退費，下週二將公佈退費方法。

葳格高中附設雙語小學今天新生報到，校方打造「怪獸大學」場景，小朋友看到栩栩如生的卡通人物大眼仔、毛怪，興奮尖叫，校長林正佑也化身貓熊「圓仔」，和小朋友打成一片。

葳格教育體系總校長張光銘說，今年高中部、國中部、小學招生狀況都很不錯，小學部的雙語課程，原本一星期排16節課，新學期增加至20節，都由外師教學。

高中部分，今年新生有70％學生來自社區國中，高中、職今年已經第二屆，明年將有第一屆畢業生。

餐廳名稱：開飯川食堂(阪急店) 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：台北市忠孝東路五段8號7F 電話：02-2758-5358 營業時間：午餐11:30-14:30 下午茶14:30-17:00 晚餐17:30-21:30 推薦菜色：流口水雞 擔擔麵 黃金美人腿 五更腸旺 網誌版：http://joycebe.pixnet.net/blog/post/32645799 雖是傳統川菜，但開飯的裝潢很現代摩登，遠遠就看到英文寫著KAIFUN二字，搭配著黑白 色調的吧台，不知情的人會以為是美式餐廳吧！ 阪急店的座位滿多的，從兩人座到一家子的圓桌都有。我們坐的沙發區還可以俯瞰6樓水晶 燈。 來看看有趣的菜單，說有趣真是一點也不為過，每道菜的名字都十分可愛，點菜之餘還能 達到娛樂效果！開飯有準備從2人~8人不等的套餐，如果不知從何選起可以點較划算的套餐 ，不過我們不喝湯，所以就從排行榜裡挑我們想吃的。 開飯前會先送上開胃果醋(話說沒果醋川菜也夠開胃了XD)，特別的是果醋喝完還會不斷補 上，服務滿好的。桌上的水是檸檬水，可以去油解膩以及緩和麻辣度。 流口水雞，這道上桌真的讓人流口水了！雞肉鮮嫩，雞皮滑Q，配上帶一些麻辣的醬汁，上 頭的花生碎末讓口感更多層次，停不了口。 五更腸旺，這是一道重口味又麻辣十足的菜色，陳年豆瓣醬非常入味很好下飯，大腸也十 分Q彈，熱愛大腸如我的朋友千萬別錯過。 催淚蛋，這名字是不是可愛過了頭XD？但我必須要說真的好吃到流淚啊！使用的是有機雞 蛋，煎至半熟所以還是很軟嫩，最特別的是糯米椒，我以往一定會避開挑掉他，但在店員 推薦下嘗試一條後驚為天人，完全不辣但有辣椒的香氣及蔬菜甜甜的味道，意外的好吃！ 不過整體來說這道菜還是很麻的XD。 二刀白肉，川燙過的薄片是肥四瘦六的比例，不膩口也不乾澀，沾上蒜泥辣油非常好吃， 跟其他較重口味的菜色比起來，這道算是挺清爽的。 黃金美人腿，這道菜是用鹹蛋黃來拌炒茭白筍，是繼在FIFI吃過金沙蝦仁後第二次讓我見 識到鹹蛋黃的威力，怎麼可以這麼對味這麼好吃。鹹蛋黃有一種濃醇感，配上鮮嫩的茭白 筍，非常美味。 乾煸四季豆，這道大概是我今天最無感的菜色，不過整體來說也是鹹香入味，很好下飯。 朋友說，吃川菜一定要點擔擔麵！這碗擔擔麵加入了十多種調味料，有芝麻醬和花生粒的 香濃，有醋的酸勁兒，也有紅油的辛辣，和在一起很夠味，麵條也算Q彈。 整體來說今天點的菜沒有一道是地雷，現在看照片口水還是直流啊！開飯已榮登我心目中 第一名的川菜館了。飛快的寫出這篇小食記，因為8月底前憑名片去阪急店可以打9折XD， 喜歡川菜的朋友快去試試吧！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.204.112.64
