【短片】詐騙新手法　買S4掉包退貨兩罐飲料

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】一名賴姓男子（25歲）冒名到7-ELEVEn台中市豐源門市應徵店員錄取，同時間也冒名在拍賣網訂購三星S4、IPHONE4S、hTC智慧型手機，指定宅配至豐源門市之後，利用上班時間將手機掉包、改放兩罐鋁箔包飲料，謊稱買家未取貨並退還賣家。

賣家收到發現「上萬元的手機怎麼變幾十元飲料！」傻眼報警。警方昨天循線逮捕賴姓男子，清查出他在豐源門市以掉包方式共詐欺得28支智慧型手機及2個LV包，轉售得款近50萬元，今天依詐欺、侵占、竊占罪嫌將他移送法辦。

家裡如何設WIFI呢?

我家是桌上型電腦有設網路是中華電信，但不是ADSL型的，
最近辦智慧型手機上網費是1G，但想看影片怕超量，到時收費會很貴，
請問在家如何安裝WIFI?

1.裝WIFI發射器要買那一種的? 去那買比較好? 
2.我家住1樓四面都有大樓，坪數約32左右?  
3.桌上型電腦是放在客廳使用，所以裝了WIFI之後在房間接得到WIFI嗎?
4.要如何裝設定WIFI密碼? 免得被人免費上網不用錢?

【張芳榮／台北報導】台北市刑大偵3隊昨在台中破網路「地下球賽」簽賭站，逮捕4嫌。他們租用高級辦公大樓，打著科技資訊網路公司和殯葬禮儀業掩護，實際則是在天下運動網經營「地下球賽」簽賭站，任何種類的球賽都有供賭客下注，每月輸贏500萬元以上。並裝設17台監視器監控屋外狀況，嚴禁陌生人靠近，去年3月至今18個月來已經賺進億元。

警方調查，綽號「保哥」的林姓主持人（36歲），本身就是各種球賽的忠實球迷。因為所任職的公司倒閉失業後，就運用自己對球賽的專業，在天下運動網開設地下球賽的簽賭站，同時找來好友阿榮、阿翰、阿元等人一起經營，並由他們成立北中南代理商招攬會員，且隨時提供會員們明牌和各球隊最新戰況、球員個人狀況等做為參考。

警方月前接獲1名婦人報案，指老公沈迷地下球賽網路賭博，輸掉500萬積蓄。為翻本連房子都拿去貸款，並跟地下錢莊借高利貸，勸都勸不聽，希望警方人員可以救救她們。警方受理後，查出簽賭站在台中，昨天前往查緝簽賭站，進而將保哥等人查獲。全案依賭博罪移送法辦。

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】標榜天然食材的パン(パン音同胖)達人麵包店遭踢爆添加人工香精，台北市長郝龍斌今日下午前往位在建國高架橋下、強調有機食品的育成蕃薯藤忠孝有機庇護工場，公開譴責胖達人「欺騙」消費者，要求市府相關單位蒐集證據，移送檢調提起「民生詐欺」，且其突然歇業，也要求勞動局注意勞工權益。   　

北市勞動局長陳業鑫說，3天歇業仍須全額給付薪資給勞工，若查獲未發工資，則違反勞基法規定，可開罰2萬至30萬元。此外，曾任法官的陳也說，胖達人在事件爆發後仍堅稱使用天然食材，加上麵包售價比一般市價貴2至3倍，易使消費者誤以為時間及成本開銷較大，已涉及詐欺，市長才會決定向檢調檢舉告發，依刑法第339條，最高可處5年以下有期徒刑；北市府發言人張其強則補充，下周二業者收到衛生局裁罰單後，未來若再有廣告不實，最高開罰20萬元。

到日本想在專賣同人本,漫畫 (k-books animate 虎之穴
明輝堂 Mandarake.....等店)的實際店面買取 但就不知在結帳事不是要釋出護照....等證明身份的東西???((因為想買幾本18x的女性向的本))

2.回國要出境(日本)和回國入境(台灣)的兩邊海關都會都會要求檢查嗎??((好像太沒常識了... 同人誌建議放在托運行李 還是隨身行李???...等建議!
