雲林縣政府首條台灣好行「北港祈福線」將於8/24─9/15免費試運，從嘉義高鐵站出發，經北港、土庫、虎尾、西螺，單程五十九公里，行車時間約八十六分鐘，融合台灣大穀倉、媽祖文化、布袋戲等雲林之光的文化資產。

「北港祈福線」沿途經「新港奉天宮」、「北港朝天宮」與「北港武德宮」在地重要的信仰中心，還有「源順芝麻觀光油廠」、「興隆毛巾觀光工廠」、「西螺道之驛雲林物產館」，以及「西螺延平老街」及「北港故事館」，更有「雲林布袋戲館」。

「北港祈福線」將於8/24─9/15免費試運，爾後單程票價190元，來回票價380元，可於車上購票，未來也將會推出結合行程的優惠套票，提供民眾更多元的選擇。
