【綜合報導】中國湖北武漢一名保安，昨早抓獲一名小偷後，將其捆綁在牆頭吊起「示眾」近5小時，目擊者中有人拍手稱快，但有人覺得並不妥當。

據中國媒體報導，這名小偷為一名30歲左右的瘦削男子，當天身穿橫條紋T恤和短褲，雙臂被反綁在身後，神情頹喪。在其中一張照片中，小偷的外褲被扒掉，雙膝以下有明顯的傷痕。有律師表示，若拘禁時間過長，此舉有「非法拘禁」之嫌。

【綜合報導】「媽媽監督核電廠聯盟」今天號召萬人齊唱反核歌曲《孩子的天空》，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲也現身反核，他認為無法處理核廢料，就不應該蓋核電廠，還以「縫肛門」為比喻。

柯文哲認為，若核廢料該如何處理都沒明確答案時，核能發電廠就不該運做，「這就像把肛門縫起來，告訴你東西好吃，怎麼吞得下去！」柯文哲支持新北市長朱立倫的看法，若核廢料不能處理，核四就不該營運。
