備註：大哥有3個兒子、大嫂(大哥配偶)
今二弟去世(父母已雙亡)，假設二弟遺產有三百萬，
問題：
1. 遺產繼承人大姊得一百萬、大哥得一百萬、三弟得一百萬是否正確？

大哥需後於二弟死亡始有繼承人之資格

2. 上項如正確，大嫂與其3個兒子如何分配大哥的一百萬?

大哥若後於二弟死亡
大哥之應繼分（一百萬）則轉由大哥的繼承人繼承

為平均繼承

3. 上項如不正確，二弟遺產如何分配?

人母有三子、一女；長子已亡、次子已亡(未婚)，只有長媳(有3子)、三子、長女可繼承。
假設：人母(夫已亡)遺產有三百萬
1. 則繼承人大房得一百萬、三子得一百萬、長女得一百萬是否正確？

因版主未述明次子有無子嗣
無從研判正確與否

2. 上項如果正確；則大房之長媳與其3個兒子(已成年)如何分配其中一百萬？

中職／3C王費古洛 用科技領導投手 【聯合晚報╱記者吳意政/綜合報導】 費古洛相隔多年再來台灣，除了年紀大了點以外，統一球團的工作人員與之前曾和他當過 隊友的球員都認為他沒什麼變，唯一比較不同的地方是費古洛這次隨身多帶了很多3C產品 來台，在比賽以外的時間幾乎「機」不離手。 費古洛不僅愛用，事實上也很懂得該怎麼用，非常懂電腦，對軟體程式頗有研究。就有球 團人員表示，統一歷年來請了這麼多的洋將中，費古洛是極少數如此愛用iPad等產品的其 中一位，經常埋首在螢幕面前。且若要論電腦相關知識，費古洛絕對是第一名，甚至厲害 到令球團人員十分驚訝，簡直是電腦通。 費古洛兼任投手教練後，立刻發揮善用3C的長處，用iPad來分析投手動作的影片，並用大 聯盟的統計分析軟體來研究中職各項數據。不過費古洛在找尋中職統計紀錄時遇到困擾， 那就是沒有英文版，費古洛只好請求球團人員幫忙翻譯，還費了一番功夫。但為了能讓費 古洛順利勝任投手教練，球團人員表示，這點小事無足掛齒。 http://udn.com/NEWS/SPORTS/SPO5/8113187.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.29.192.61

《財報》IC設計大廠美滿表現佳 盤後股價升

美滿電子科技(Marvell Technology Group Ltd.) 22日美股盤後公布會計年度第2季財報(5-7月)，營收下滑1.1%至8.07億美元，本業每股盈餘為0.23美元，雙雙優於預期。Capital IQ統計預估營收和本業每股盈餘各為7.91億美元、0.19美元。

展望本季，該公司預期營收落在8.50-8.90億美元之間，每股盈餘介於0.23-0.27美元，符合分析師預期。Capital IQ統計預估營收和本業每股盈餘分別為8.45億美元、0.24美元。

該公司執行長Sehat Sutardja表示，Q2結果落在預估區間值的高點，主因儲存端市場需求增加、市佔率提高，另外行動和無線端市場也有兩位數的強勁成長。Marvell 22日美股正常盤下跌0.69%收12.96美元，盤後上揚0.69%至13.05美元。
