新聞出處 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM4/8114852.shtml 彰化縣政府管理的1454座大小橋梁，去年雖全數檢測完畢，卻只維修4件，維修率7.27%， 作業效率和新竹縣並列全台倒數第四，令民眾擔憂。 縣政府工務處副處長陳君瑞說，交通部調整考評標準，計算「構件」維修數量，縣政府來 不及改變維修項目，才會成績不理想，今年按照新標準維護橋梁護欄、橋底板、橋墩等構 件，應該可以拉高評鑑分數。 交通部統計去年各縣市橋梁維護管理，彰化縣1454座橋梁都在去年底前完成檢測，應維修 護欄等構件55件，僅維修4件，維修率低落，被列入「亟待改善」的縣市，反觀台北、新 北等3都與5縣市已修構件數超過應修構件數，維修效率100%。 陳君瑞表示，橋梁首重整體結構安全，不能只看表面的護欄等構件有無完好，縣政府評估 南勢橋、西港橋兩座危橋影響人車安全，去年斥資約1億3000萬元拆除重造，其餘橋梁經 評估無立即危險性，縣府依緩急發包整修。 「看不見的危險更可怕。」陳君瑞說，零星維修橋梁護欄、橋底板等構件，維護數量多， 卻不一定有助於整體結構安全，縣政府為了考評，今年起適度調整維修項目，有安全之虞 的仍優先維護，不受考評制約 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.80.132.247

【邱俊吉／台北報導】台灣的毒物權威、國民醫生林杰樑，今上午在北市第二殯儀館舉行告別式，會場布置如林的遺孀譚敦慈之前所說、以林喜愛的白花、白色作為基調，會場的一片純淨、雪白，也貼近林一生追求所有食物純淨、無毒的終極理想。

在儀式開始前，林家人也播放多家平面、電子媒體記者追思林杰樑的談話，影片中不論男、女，說到林每次接受訪問時總是不厭其煩、極盡耐心時，均紅了眼眶，甚至落下淚來，傷心猶如一慈祥、溫和長輩辭世，也使現場氣氛倍感哀戚。
