【綜合報導】敘利亞政府日前發動化學武器攻擊，造成當地有上千名民眾死亡，而美國政府今日表示，目前還無法斷定敘國政府是否進行化武攻擊。

【綜合報導】藝人宋新妮前男友髮型師黃國鎮（Andy），分手2年來，2人從親密愛人變怨偶後，互在網路發言指責對方，還意外扯上綜藝天王吳宗憲。

2011年12月30日黃國鎮接受《蘋果》電話採訪時，仍認為宋新妮與吳宗憲關係曖昧，並指稱吳宗憲是「劈腿王」、「通姦王」，事後吳宗憲看到報導，認為名譽受辱，堅持對黃國鎮提出告訴。

北檢昨天開庭時，黃國鎮辯稱沒有侮辱吳宗憲，但無法獲得吳宗憲原諒及撤告，檢察官認定黃男言論已涉犯公然侮辱罪，決定將黃國鎮起訴。

因魚眼HID大燈被開"擅自改裝方向燈"這條法規紅單(剛見紅)

大燈:GMS 5S 40w 6000k
方向燈前後4顆都是LED藍色(有定位恆亮)

我從後面慢慢地緩緩的騎前進,貌似該名警員有被我的大燈嚇到還是怎樣看不順眼轉頭看我一眼
靠過來說:旁邊熄火 駕照行照
1.問我有沒有改大燈 我回答:有
另一名陪行女警員 說我翹牌器(固定式)非法 要改回來 我也跟她說我會改回來(記得說翹牌器只要不能上下變更高低度就ok了)?
另一名男警又說 我安全帽 沒扣住 這樣視同未戴安全帽 可以再多開一條
起初我有好好跟該警員好好溝通商量,請求他開一張未帶安全帽的紅單就好能不能(比較便宜500~600$)
他堅持要開我"擅自改裝方向燈"這條法規,說了一些鬼打牆,聽都聽不懂得話
話說不久前有一名高雄男子因被警察攔下開"改裝方向燈"的紅單,跑去申訴,法官歐趴申訴有效
後來該名員警寫好紅單 要我簽名 , 我就提出疑問,現場沒有監理人員陪行查緝

該名員警聽到 我說要拒簽這張紅單,還有沒有監理人員陪同開罰這部分
他拿出什麼法規法條受引 指出一條 擅自改裝方向燈 這條法規
說他們警察不用監理人員陪行開罰,能自己開罰
說監理人員只是抓未繳稅金,還有....等等鬼打牆 煩= =,警察人員能直接無監理人員陪同開罰改裝車
又拿出他最近才前幾天開罰的戰績(一樣擅自改裝方向燈)= =,跟我說了一堆鬼打牆的話
改裝方向燈 貌似開罰900$,因不久前高雄有一個同樣的開罰法規案例,上訴法院還歐趴
後來他叫我 發動機車 開大燈 拍我機車前面的燈,後面也有拍(大燈照射角度寬度)
該名員警好像很有自信,不怕申訴的樣子,開口直言我有什麼問題或要申訴就去監理所
我一直都好聲好氣的跟他好好溝通商量,他一直開大決揚言說:我要申訴就去申訴....等等諸如此言
最後 這張紅單 我堅持拒絕簽名,該名員警說 這張紅單還是會給我
請問 這張紅燈 我本人未同意簽名,還會開罰生效嗎,依然要去繳錢嗎?

請問各位大大 接下來我該怎麼做? 他只開這張"擅自改裝方向燈"的紅單
沒有開驗車單,有沒有辦法把這張紅單擺平呢
先去監理所申訴,還是地方法院申訴呢?

Synology或QNAP都可，台灣的這兩牌子還算穩! 但你要備份又要BT,建議分開! 兩個2BAY的(可考慮買2台NAS 或 1台NAS,1台DS), 雲端備份(用NAS分享)和BT(用DS)各一台，都作RAID1。 備份那台的硬碟可以用好一點的，用企業級的! BT那台硬碟就隨便了，畢竟讀寫太大，壞了就換掉硬碟!
