【綜合報導】薄熙來22日開審，根據濟南中院新聞發言人劉延傑表示，在下午大約4個小時庭審中，法院圍繞起訴指控被告人薄熙來，收受大連實德集團有限公司董事長徐明賄賂，共計折合人民幣逾2068萬元的部分事實進行調查。

在徐明出庭作證時，他談到與薄熙來或其家人經濟往來，被告人薄熙來與徐明當庭對質，薄熙來提21個問題，徐明回答13個「沒有」，1個「沒說過」，1個「說不清楚」，1個「聽說過」，1個「都不知道」，1個「肯定」。薄熙來：「謝謝你實事求是」。此番對話引起網民極大反響，有 網友稱薄「餘威尤存」。
薄熙來稱徐明「不是我的朋友」。徐明卻說：「我內心深處不簡單地把他當作朋友、市長、領導。」此次交鋒，也是今天庭審中最為精彩的部分。

另外一個交鋒還集中在薄熙來和薄谷開來的證詞中。薄谷開來在書面證詞中列舉了夫婦二人在私人財產方面的情況。她稱，過去幾年中曾從他們的保險櫃中取出數萬美元及人民幣。薄熙來則認為谷開來的證詞「滑稽可笑」。薄熙來說：「我始終認為薄谷開來還是一個有文化品位的人，是一個現代知識女性，她每次見到我總要談一些和我有共同語言的事情，而我和她的接觸有限。」

對於三次收受大連國際發展有限公司總經理唐肖林賄賂，薄熙來為自己辯護稱公訴人提出證詞都是外圍證言，「不能證明我有罪，這只是行走的公文而已」。他說指證他的唐肖林「實際上是想以此立功減刑，實際上他就像瘋狗一樣亂咬，以此立功」。
