【綜合報導】迪士尼魔法再現，為廣告近來推出的電玩遊戲「迪士尼無限世界」(Disney Infinity)，在英國多佛爾海峽的峭壁上，投射高達80公尺的著名動畫人物，巴斯光年、超能先生，神鬼奇航裡的傑克船長和毛怪等人物，進入英吉利海峽，就一定會看見。

不只在峭壁上大手筆廣告，迪士尼還在倫敦街頭，推出「數位迪士尼遊行」，動畫人物在大街小巷現身，整個城市就像他們的遊樂場，成功吸引民眾目光。

【綜合報導】美國密爾瓦基警察，日前在公路上目擊一名女子仰躺在摩托車上，放手騎車，行徑相當囂張，還發現這名女子上半身僅著夾克，裡面什麼也沒穿，而且夾克拉鍊還沒拉上，等於是袒胸馳騁在公路上。

目擊警察表示這名女子時速超過90公里，沿途還不停叫囂，對著經過的汽車大罵，險象環生，警方隨即開車追捕，最終女子失控摔車，奇蹟似地僅有下巴擦傷，警方表示女子酒精濃度超過標準外，還疑似嗑藥，已遭警方逮捕。

資金外流加上積極干預匯市，使開發中國家（不含中國）央行的外匯存底自5月初以來大減810億美元，其中以印尼損失最可觀。

摩根士丹利統計央行5到7月的資料發現，開發中國家央行的外匯存底5月初以來短少810億美元，相當於總額的2%。降幅最大為印尼，從4月底到7月底，央行的外匯存底減少13.6%；其次為土耳其和烏克蘭，各減少約10%。近來貨幣重貶的印度也流失5.5%。

摩根士丹利分析師羅德說：「新興國家過去為了阻止貨幣升值，累積龐大的外匯存底，但現在情況恰恰相反。」

外匯存底為央行在動盪時期提供緩衝，目前仍遠高於過往新興市場危機期間的水位，但縮水的速度已經嚇到一些投資人和分析師。

由於美國聯準會（Fed）量化寬鬆退場疑慮再起，加上投資人擔心新興市場經濟成長放緩，許多央行的外匯存底8月可能進一步消瘦。

美國銀行分析師表示，新興市場央行的干預措施可能帶來反效果。這些央行出售美國公債以買進本國貨幣，不僅推升美國公債的殖利率，增添新興市場的動盪，也減損央行外匯存底持有的美國公債部位價值。

資產經理人和分析師預測，新興國家央行可能很快就得放棄直接拉抬本國貨幣，改以更果斷的方式遏止資金繼續外流。
