各位版上先進好 昨天小妹買了一支智慧型手機入門款 購買前,在比價網看到該手機A價格 到店後,知道有現貨,但要以A價格+300元購買 店員:那是未稅價(Q1),而且要會員並使用線上購買(Q2) 我:那我現在回家下訂再來?(反正很近) 店員:那就要等下批才可以買 我:差別在哪? 店員:線上購買就是下批貨為聯強或神腦的貨才是A價格(Q3).這批是我們XX電信的貨. 有問題都可以送給我們維修 後來我變成以A價格+300買了,後來越想越奇怪... 1.未稅價是指沒有發票而已嗎?但那家是XX電信特約中心,可能沒有發票嗎? 2.後來又說要用線上訂購,跟未稅價說詞有點矛盾? 3.價格方面,為什麼聯強或神腦貨比較低? 4.如果有問題,送修不一樣嗎? 第一次買智慧型 很多地方不懂 請先進鞭小力點>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.87.183

以下為報告概要：

易信給移動業務帶來增長機遇

據報導，網易與中國電信聯手推出的移動即時通訊品易信在上線第一天，用戶便已達到100萬，新建群數2萬個，朋友圈上傳照片達30萬張。在中國電信的大力支持下，易信向用戶提供了免費的跨網SMS和語音信息，以推動用戶增長。這款應用未來將可以成為網易發布和推廣旗下移動遊戲的渠道，包括第三方開發的移動遊戲。

網易計划進一步贏得開發者和“平台”對其智能手機遊戲的支持，而易信的推出就是這一計劃的組成部分。不過，雖然韓國和日本的移動即時通訊品逐漸證明商業化是可行的，但我們將網易推出易信的舉動，更多看作是一個長期計劃，而該公司在具體的執行上仍然存在風險。

但是，我們認為易信對網易的風險有限，由於服務、開發和基礎設施成本會升高，我們估計網易2013年全年利潤率會比我們之前的預期低1%。因此，我們將網易2013年每股收益預期下調5%，但將網易2015年每股收益預期上調6%，這主要得益於其移動在遊戲5.5億元人民幣的收入，這將占其總營收的4%。基於15倍於2103年每股收益預期，以及2013年至2015年15%的年復合增長率的估計，我們將網易目標股價從73美元上調至81美元。

難以對微信構成嚴重威脅

鑒於騰訊社交應用建立的強大網絡效應，以及微信的先發優勢，我們預計易信對中國電信以外的用戶吸引力有限。不過，得益於中國電信在SMS、語音信息和數據套餐等服務上的激勵舉措，易信在中國電信用戶當中可能會深受歡迎。

我們預計，中國電信在2013年、2014年和2015年的3G/ 4G用戶數量將達到9000萬、1.35億、1.6億，其中，易信在這三年的活躍用戶數量將分別達到1400萬、3600萬和5600萬。截止2013年第二季度，騰訊微信用戶已經達到2.4億，預計在2015年將几乎翻一倍。手機QQ的用戶也達到數億。

估值

我們維持對網易股票的“買入”評級，同時將目標股價從73美元上調至81美元。

主要風險

玩家對網易舊有核心遊戲的熱度快速減退；與遊戲主機的競爭；政府監管；來自移動遊戲、社交遊戲、網頁遊戲的競爭；收購或投資對財務狀況的影響；對易信的執行力和相關成本等。(清辰)
