現代人忙得沒時間煮飯，沖泡式的即時湯品成為方便的選擇。不過董氏基金會調查，市售147項即食湯品，有四分之一產品鈉含量超過720毫克（芬蘭政府規定，每一人份超過720毫克鈉須標示警語），其中「日燦義大利蔬菜湯」，一包湯品的鈉含量更高達1266毫克，超過衛生福利部每日建議攝取量2400毫克的一半。

董氏基金會表示，攝取過多鈉含量，會增加腎臟負擔，增加腎結石、骨質疏鬆症風險，呼籲業者儘快調整配方，降低鈉含量；消費者選購時，記得看清營養標示中的鈉含量，沖泡時多加點水稀釋。

一杯即食湯品，佔鈉建議攝取量四分之一

董氏基金會今年7~8月，調查各通路和網路販售的即食湯品，共調查23品牌147支品項。以一小碗200c.c.計算，147支湯品的鈉含量範圍在140-1265毫克，前三名依序為日燦義大利蔬菜湯1266毫克、家樂福港式酸辣濃湯1124.9毫克、7-SELECT/統一海帶芽味噌湯961毫克，平均為566毫克。

衛生福利部建議，成人每一天的鈉建議攝取量為2400毫克，所以喝一杯即食湯品，就佔建議量四分之一額度；如果消費者還另外加火腿或其他食材進湯品，實際鈉含量可能更高。

台灣人鈉的攝取量偏高。根據最新的國民營養調查，成年女性每日平均鈉攝取量為3511毫克、男性4498毫克，遠高過衛福部建議值；但目前政府並未訂定單項產品的鈉含量限制。

董氏基金會表示，芬蘭政府規定，湯品與醬汁含鈉量每100公克超過360毫克時須標示警語，若依此標準，這次調查有近四分之一產品（31支）已達要標示警語的標準。

我想自己辦一個預付卡上網
很便宜又足夠我用的(我不是屬於閒閒沒事一直掛在網上那種)
我也不想買什麼幾天幾天算的
