【李姿慧／台北車站】台鐵下午宣布，根據氣象局最新預測，受潭美颱風影響對宜蘭、花蓮、及嘉義以北地區將構成威脅，除西部幹線、花東線及南迴線今晚24時以前正常行駛外，台北－花蓮站間(宜蘭線、北迴線)對號列車，24時以前均停駛，平溪線及阿里山森林鐵路，24時以前也都停駛；另區間車的部分，全線及支線(除平溪線外)區間車正常行駛，但會視風雨狀況機動停駛。

台鐵提醒旅客出門前，可上台鐵網站http://www.railway.gov.tw/tw/index.aspx查詢，或撥打台鐵24小時旅客服務電話：(02)2191-0096、0800-765-888，另為顧及旅客安全與權益，語音(網路)取票截止日為8月21日者，順延至8月22日止，列車停駛或中斷時，持未乘期間之乘車票，15天內(含當日)可就近車站全額退票。

 【鮮明／台中報導】十九日下午四點多，台中市第五分局四平派出所兩名警員及一名警專實習生巡邏經過環中路、松竹路口時，發現前方車輛突然紛紛減速並轉入內側車道行駛，趨前查看，發現一輛丁姓孕婦駕駛的車突然爆胎拋錨，車內除她另有一名女子，兩人想將車子推到路旁，但推不動。
 
警員試著合力將車子移至路旁，避免造成後方車輛擁塞，但因爆胎車輛無法移動，只好先在現場以手勢指揮後方車輛通過，再連繫修配廠派員到場將丁婦車子移置後，交通才恢復順暢。

【黃任膺／台中報導】台中市交通局今天表示，自今晚六時停止上班上課起，全市紅黃線及本市所轄之光明、文心南、豐原大道路橋立即開放停車，但仍請注意轉角安全及避免併排，易淹水河道周遭(如先前淹水的筏子溪)道路，請民眾不要停車；另路邊及路外無柵欄管制平面停車場皆停止收費，公車部分將視風勢減班，隨招隨停。交通局表示，上述因應措施在市府宣布恢復上班日上午7時(例假日為上午8時)即停止適用。
 
公車部分，台中市公車自本市宣布停止上班上課起，客運業者所屬路線得依平日班次減班經，經駕駛評估無安全疑慮時，提供民眾隨招隨停之上、下車服務。建議民眾搭乘公車前，可事先逕向各營運公車業者洽詢詳細發車狀況，或利用本市公車動態資訊系統查詢公車即時資訊(網站: http://citybus.taichung.gov.tw/new.aspx，語音專線:04-22295089) ，以避免久候。
 
另因颱風來襲，台中就業服務站原訂明天於台中火車站辦理的友達徵才活動暫時取消，延期日待公告。民眾可洽詢台中就業服務站04-22225153。

【李定宇／新北報導】潭美颱風來襲，北北基民眾今天放颱風假，上午雖有間歇性大雨但風勢不大，新北市民眾湧入百貨公司逛街，百貨公司也趁機搶賺颱風財。板橋大遠百表示，上午來客數明顯增加，約比平日增加4成。
 
板橋大遠百說，平日業績1天約1200萬元，若下午沒有因為風雨增強而提早打烊，業績成長應該沒有問題。

最近想換手機
看了很多開箱文之類的
可是S4負面的評價比較多新一反而正面評價較多

聽說兩支手機都會燙
我是沒差啦
燙都是難免的而且新一散熱快

S4聽說內建的軟體也不是很實用
也占空間

平時手機最常上FB、傳LINE、看instagram、聽音樂（最常）
其實只要用起來順不容易當就好✌✌

可是新一的金屬機身真的很讚ㄚ還有他的BoomSound也很讚👏
不過紫光問題我是不會很在意啦
S4的塑膠機身真的不喜歡可是它又薄又輕！
S3甚至聽說還比s4好

另外samsung可以隱藏應用程式不知道HTC有沒有？

Butterfly s是沒在考慮不太喜歡他的外形
目前這兩支猶豫不決阿！！！！！！！！！
想問如果大大們這兩者會選哪一支呢😁😁😁
