我朋友在高雄燕巢戒治所,因為我是最近才知道這件事的,我想去看他,他現在3級了,3級是朋友可以見的,但每4天見一次換算起來等於只能一星期見一次了,我有去要見他,但他說他要把機會留給他女兒,因為他女兒住比較遠要來一次燕巢不容易,可是這樣變我就沒機會見他了

我想知道3級要升2級約要多久時間???
2級是每多久能見一次面? 時間多長??

如果朋友要辦特見去見他可以嗎?? 要怎麼辦??

他現在3級生如果我寫信給他他能回我信嗎??

他本來是在屏東監獄的,我當天去找人時服務臺小姐不肯告訴我他編號只跟我說了他轉去高二要我下個月再去見他,請問這句話是什麼意思??
可是我去高二他說沒這個人要我去戒治所查,後來我在戒治所查到人了,我問服務人員他何時會回屏監,戒治所的人卻說他會一直都在這,請問這又是什麼意思??

目前我還不知道他到底是犯了什麼罪我只知道跟毒品有關(糖仔),有人能幫我解答我以上的問題嗎???? 非常感謝!!!! 最好是有經驗的人回答我 謝謝!!

【綜合報導】美國密西根州19歲少年格羅(David Kellen Grow)，今年2月20日在家中持刀刺死自己49歲的母親後，砍下母親的頭將她肢解，再剖開肚子挖出內臟，將她的腸子當圍巾，繞在自己脖子上，口中同時啃食著母親的肉與臟器。他的父親稍晚回到家，看到死去的妻子成了一塊塊的屍塊散落在廚房地面的血泊中，大為驚恐，稍微回神後在廁所找到一身是血、脖子上圈圈圍著妻子腸子，口中還叼著不知名臟器的兒子，更是讓他崩潰，狠狠的痛毆兒子後報警，交給警察處理。

格羅的父親朗奴(Ronald Grow)曾在法庭上說：「那個凶手不是我的兒子，他被一些自己也不懂的力量控制，他也是受害者」。格羅有著自閉症的病史，且常常會出現幻覺，經過了60天的精神評估，周五(16日)法庭判處格羅殺害親生母親的罪名不成立，但他得待在高度設防的精神病院度過餘生。

從格羅被警方帶走，並了解他重度的精神疾病史後，格羅就被送到專業的精神鑑定機構看管照顧，親眼目睹愛妻遭到長年困於病痛的愛子宰殺後的朗奴，心理承受的壓力可想而知，但他仍每個星期親自探視格羅一次，他說醫生開了劑量很重的藥給格羅，讓格羅隨時看來都很想睡覺，「但至少這樣比較接近我多年來認識的兒子」。周五開庭之前，朗奴在法庭見到了格羅，聆聽判決時，老父的雙手始終從後方撐著格羅的肩膀，彷彿告訴孩子要勇敢、要安心，天塌下來老爸還在、會給你靠；而當判決無罪後老父親一把拉過他，給了他一個深深的擁抱，畢竟虎毒不食子，父親總是能包容自己犯錯的小孩，即便格羅的心中可能還是搞不清楚到底發生什麼事，卻已讓庭上所有人感動不已。
