※ 引述《mobel (111)》之銘言： : 今天早上保險公司有和A媽媽聯絡了，不知道狀況如何...... : 但是從B車主跟我說她接到A媽媽要索賠的電話，雖說不關我的事情 : 但是我覺得該給A媽媽一個教訓(雍正爺拍謝啦，沒有參考您的建議，很怕她女兒以後 : 在路上撞到我媽就糟了)目前想到的方式如下： : 1.已經請原廠將保桿烤漆與更換的估價單開下來(約一萬五上下)，業務建議我這部份 : 先不要用車體險來出(反正肇責出來之後也會跟A協調)讓A媽媽看到金額之後直接 : 用現金賠償，如果A媽媽態度還是很堅決，就把烤漆那三天我無車可用但是還是必須 : 跑班上課的租車費用加上去一起算。 有車體險，建議直接報出險了，反正若對造是後車追撞， 你無責，也不會有任何加費紀錄 遇到這樣的狀況，原PO不用肖想對方會突然轉性主動說要賠錢。 保險公司處裡完後去跟對方追，追不追的到保險公司的事情。 因為就算今天遇到有賠常意願的對方又沒有保險，也會跟你爭論維修方式與金額， 你一樣頭大。 前幾個月也才處裡完一件追償案，原PO參考一下， 我方汽車正常左轉，對造機車由後逆向從左側超車， 汽車有車體險，保險公司賠完，要跟對方追償，跟對造說我方無責，對造不同意， 請對造申請初判後調解，初判對造全責，仍堅持不肯賠我方車損，咬說我方未打方向燈 甚至反過來一直要求我方要賠對造車損與體傷， （PS.調委會的委員不一定每個都很客觀或專業，在此案例中，一直想叫保險公司 賠錢了事，不然就請對方去告過失傷害，你們保戶後續會BLABLA） 最後，對方提告了，如同版友所說，提告刑事過失傷害，是傷者的權利， 即使傷者在某事故中是完全責任，但提告後，被告是否會被起訴則又是另一回事。 第一次開庭，並非偵查庭，是檢察事務官於訊問室了解案情經過， 最後請保險公司進去，事務官直接跟傷者說，就你的案件，依現場圖與初判，對你很不利 ，有意見你就花3000元申請鑑定，不然偵察庭開完，檢察官也不一定會起訴 趁對方保險公司還肯跟你協調金額，考慮一下，免得到時後金額連協商的空間都沒有。 最後，對造賠一萬五（修復費用３萬元），然後撤告並拋棄其它民事請求。 : 2.因為處理車禍當天請了一堂課的假，還有日後若是需要出面協調車禍和解需要請假， : 薪資部份都由A媽媽買單(只是要麻煩各班主任開薪資證明了) : 3.如果A媽媽真的太超過，我會選擇要求精神賠償，因為我媽有接到室內電話說你兒子 : 撞人態度又差！我媽已經72歲也不懂錄音，但是就一直問我到底是怎樣，不要被人告 : 但是不知道誰打來的....我已經跟家人說最近接到電話先錄音再說 人沒受傷，精神慰撫金就別想了，薪資應該也沒什麼機會。 : 最後如果有拿到任何一筆現金的賠償金 ，我會將金額全部捐給流浪動物相關協會，因為 : 我的狗今年年初往生，最近又看到一堆流浪動物的新聞，反正我的車預計是不會再修， : 收據到時候會po上來作證，希望能幫到更多流浪的犬貓。 結論是：你有保險而且還有車體險，就報出險讓保險公司先協助處裡。 　　　　保險公司也會視案件發展狀況去衡量處理方式，是否該賠 （如果案件原PO最後可能有部份責任） 　　　或是否該追償，要追多少。 　　　　通常遇到類似原PO的狀況，你跟傷者說，或者保險公司跟傷者說 　　　　對方不理性的機率頗高，非要哪天上法院，被洗臉了才會開竅= = -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.104.146.212

為促進重建區觀光產業長期發展，高雄市政府觀光局自 101年度即執行「獎勵旅行社開發本市重建區套裝行程計劃」，透過邀請旅行業者至高雄市重建區觀光踩線，讓旅行社重新瞭解高雄市重建區觀光資源，鼓勵旅行業者組團至重建區觀光旅遊。

自101年4月起執行迄今，獲得來自全國北、中、南32家旅行社力挺，截至目前帶領近280團，2萬多人次參與體驗遭受風災後的重建區觀光旅遊，成果豐碩。

觀光局亦表示，該「獎勵旅行社開發本市重建區套裝行程計劃」是鼓勵合法旅行業者組團至重建區－甲仙、杉林、茂林、桃源、六龜、那瑪夏等區之觀光旅遊、購物、用餐，補助每位團員餐費新台幣150元，期盼活絡並振興重建區產業發展。

旅行社所規劃套裝行程中，計有一日遊如：紫蝶3D視聽館→多納部落高吊橋→新威苗圃→美濃；二日遊如美濃民俗村→杉林葫蘆工藝行→甲仙百年老樟樹→甲仙形象商圈→永齡杉林有機農業園區→旗山老街；三日遊如旗津老街→美濃中正湖→新茂林國家風景區→原鄉緣紙傘文化村→六龜新威森林遊樂園→六龜山地育幼院→高雄義大世界。同時也在重建區如甲仙仙進、六龜芳橙、不老、茂林南台灣魯凱等餐廳用餐，景點遍及各個重建區並處處充滿驚艷與讚美聲。

根據申請至重建區旅遊的旅行社表示，每位踏上重建區的遊客，都感受到重建後新景點的亮麗，更充分體驗到重建區居民強韌的生命力與親和力，如杉林葫蘆工藝行的DIY體驗、探訪豐富自然生態的紫斑蝶的家、親自採摘永齡農場的有機蔬菜；至甲仙形象商圈採買芋粿、甲仙筍、吃芋頭冰；六龜寶來、不老溫泉區體驗泡湯的樂趣等等，遊客玩得不亦樂乎，紛紛表達要再來一次的高度意願。

觀光局長許傳盛強調，八八風災之後，政府與民間積極投入各項公共建設、道路、橋樑，已展現重建後的新風貌，呈現多個嶄新的景點，不只是硬體建設，各災區的產業亦在逐漸復甦中，同時並積極開發創新產業，如茂林三黑產業(茂林紫斑蝶、萬山黑岩雕、多納黑米)、那瑪夏區梅產業等。

其他產業觀光亮點如：杉林區永齡有機農場的創立、甲仙形象商圈、旗山商圈的復甦等，均吸引不少觀光人潮，亦帶動當地產業發展，並獲得來自全國北、中、南各家旅行社大力支持，強調一定會繼續推動至高雄市重建區觀光旅遊之意願，局長許傳盛允諾將再次爭取獎補助旅行社經費，讓重建後的新景點，能吸引更多遊客到訪參觀。

一直都是清湯掛麵學生頭的我(髮質算粗硬 純直髮) 第一次想嘗試燙劉海 讓自己看起來精神一些 這次選擇到新竹市區SOGO對面，星巴克隔壁樓上的榎谷髮苑(KM69店) 沒有指定設計師 後來是一名叫jessie的女設計師幫我燙 店裡不大,一進去有小姐先請妳坐在等待區的沙發 入座到個人位置上後,有茶和咖啡可以選擇,還有小餅乾糖果可吃,還滿貼心的 ----------- 目前到這邊為止,我覺得接待員工的語氣急促, 送茶的員工看到我桌上放滿了許多個人物品 只是呆呆的杵在那裏,等我意識到才自己趕快清空讓她放 服務品質還有進步的空間 ----------- 設計師和我簡短的討論過後 開始進行洗髮、上藥水的過程 洗頭髮按摩時超用心(力)在洗,我的頭差點被捏爆了XDDDDD 洗完後，設計師問我是不是最近晚睡，頭皮有幾處是紅色的，我心想被妳抓成這樣不紅才 怪XD.... ----------- 討論髮型的部分，以過去我常到髮瑟和JS的心得來對照， 通常設計師會針對你的髮質和頭型做建議， 但最後仍會以個人要求為優先， 這次的設計師只聽到我要燙灣劉海，並沒有多與我討論，是我一直提問她才作回答 讓我不禁有點鬱卒及擔心XD 價格的部分，因為沒有太多預算，我選擇B級設計師，洗+剪+燙/學生價是950 ----------- 因為我的瀏海多又厚，總共上了三捲才完工， 坐了兩小時後的成果，有圖有真相 看起來還滿自然的(後面是設計師另外吹的) http://ppt.cc/pB2R 以整體來說算是滿意，七日內髮型問題可回去諮詢 生日當月做造型有69折優惠 如果沒意外的話~下次燙整頭還會回流這家 以上謝謝大家收看:D ------------- 榎谷髮苑 http://www.jg47205.com/news/main.php?mt=1 預約 0800-001213 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.50.101
