〈獨家〉品牌誕生一手包！　張韶涵賣鞋變「正業」

藝人張韶涵：「整個照上去鞋子反射的感覺，所以當鞋子在燈下的時候，它會有…，像這個是炫彩的，它就會有一個炫彩的，每一個角度都會不太一樣的顏色。」

一雙雙光彩奪目的高跟鞋，這些幾乎都是張韶涵一筆一劃親手設計出來的。

張韶涵：「鞋子可以不要這麼制式化，就說當然在繪畫上面我們可以有很多的想法，都把它加進去的話，那一定會是很特別的。」

第一張設計圖是一頭鬃馬高跟鞋，就在浪漫之都巴黎完成。張韶涵：「有時候天馬行空歸天馬行空，就是真正要做出來，真的…，工廠還沒辦法做出來這種東西。」

跨行進軍鞋界遇到困難，倒也過關斬將，砸了上千萬創立品牌，還開設店面，要跟好朋友Elva、天后阿妹共同競爭。張韶涵：「我都很替她們開心，以我的個性，我不想只是把它當作副業，我希望把它當作正業。」

工作之餘，她犧牲睡眠時間，全都在忙，從設計、打樣，還參與生產線，就連佈置擺設也一手包辦。張韶涵：「鞋子該怎麼樣去陳設？然後什麼樣的角度我都很清楚，所以只要有人動過，我就知道這有被動過，然後我就會說，奇怪，你們不要再動我的東西了。」

聊到品牌，張韶涵眼睛發光，但對於跟媽媽自從因為錢的事情鬧翻後，她卻備感無力。張韶涵：「當我知道我有很盡力的去努力的去嘗試，我覺得其他就有待時間證明。」

弦外之音似乎是正在修補母女關係，希望自己不僅是事業，家庭也能更加圓滿。

劉曉慶稱一生都被逼婚 與姜文曾同居平靜分手

劉曉慶被曝將赴美國結婚一事在圈內外，早已鬧得沸沸揚揚，雖然劉曉慶的妹夫和經紀人都稱劉曉慶去美國只是休假，劉曉慶在微博也調侃婚訊，但大陸搜狐娛樂從知情人士處確認，劉曉慶確實是到國外結婚。而第四任丈夫也確非她的經紀人易先生。

消息人士透露，劉曉慶的新任丈夫實際上是一位美籍華人，劉曉慶曾有過三段婚姻，她曾坦言自己的一生都在逃脫婚姻，但每次都是被人家追著，追暈了，逼婚，然後就結婚了。

一生比戲劇還精采的劉曉慶，除了三任丈夫以外，也和很多男性也傳過戀情。其中引人矚目的莫過於她和大導演姜文之間的戀情。兩人1986年在拍攝謝晉導演的《芙蓉鎮》時產生了感情，當時劉曉慶已是圈中的知名影后級演員，姜文只是一個剛出道的學生。劉曉慶當時並未與丈夫陳國軍離婚，和姜文同居相處了幾年後，1994年平靜分手。

2002年6月19日，劉曉慶因涉逃稅，被拘押北京秦城監獄，並遭指控自1996年成立公司以來，公司逃稅金額高達一千四百五十八萬元人民幣。2003年8月17日，劉曉慶獲得姜文幫助保釋出獄，前後失去自由共422天。

上周，JYJ成員金在中的第一張個人迷你專輯主打歌《Mine》在音悅臺上創下了2500萬次的點擊率。

對此，經紀公司C-JES娛樂表示：「金在中的個人迷你專輯一直受到粉絲熱烈的追捧，除了在中國創下的佳績外，該專輯還在GAON CHART上半年專輯銷量榜上獲得了第7位，他以獨唱歌手的身份充分展現了自己的實力。”

金在中於今年1月發行了首張個人迷你專輯《I》，並創下了14萬張的銷售紀錄。除此之外，他又推出了包含《Only Love》、《Kiss B》等新歌的再版版專輯《Y》，隨後，該專輯的5萬張預購票就銷售一空。此外，他的幾張專輯還被SYNNARA RECORD評選為最佳專輯第一名。

【綜合報導】英國富人幫小孩辦派對不手軟，上個月就有一對夫婦豪擲7萬英鎊，約是329萬台幣，為滿一歲的雙胞胎舉辦生日派對，主題是愛麗絲夢遊仙境加上彼得潘。

這個價值3百多萬的派對，生動重現愛麗絲夢遊仙境裡面的場景，從餐具到食物無不圍繞著主題，還請專人扮成故事裡的角色負責娛樂賓客。
 
這個派對由英國知名活動籌辦專家史蒂芬杜根(Steven Duggan)所策劃，他曾幫艾爾頓強等名人籌備派對，杜根表示素人父母辦派對，比名人父母更捨得花錢，平均一個月就會接到一個案子，不過雖然父母捨得花大錢辦生日派對，剛滿一歲的主角們可能還不懂得享受這豪華派對，也恐怕無法留下什麼記憶。

【王烱華／台北報導】行政院軍事冤案申訴委員會即將在月底掛牌運作，民進黨立委許智傑上午率多位受難者家屬到行政院抗議軍冤會成立無法幫家屬追真相、討公道，反而是「吃案委員會」。

許智傑會同受難者蔡學良的母親蔡媽媽、陳俊銘的父親陳爸爸等10多位家屬，上午10時在行政院大門口集結抗議。許智傑指出，軍冤會只設立一年，收案期間更只有半年，一個月開一次會，這個委員會能辦出「啥米碗糕案子？」他質疑，這根本不是申請委員會，而是吃案委員會！況且軍冤會根本沒有調查權，只能發文給相關 單位，因此，依據軍冤會所公告的作業要點，軍冤會根本沒有設置的必要。

籌辦「軍中受難家屬團結聯盟」的蔡媽媽也抨擊說，軍冤會只受理20年內的案件，20年以上的受難者家屬的孩子難道就要白白冤死嗎?她說，如果軍冤會處處設限，軍冤會只是一顆阻礙受難家屬要真相、討公道的大石頭。

【綜合報導】今天中午12時許，1名女網友在網路上PO了一段疑似高鐵活春宮的影片，影片中1對情侶疑似在車廂內進行猥褻動作，女網友忍不住痛批「高鐵錢沒比飯店便宜，有必要嗎？」

根據《壹電視》報導，1對情侶疑似在高鐵上做限制級動作，讓旁人忍不住拍下PO網斥責。對此，高鐵受訪時表示情侶此舉涉嫌觸犯妨害風化罪裡的公然猥褻，可根據《刑法》234條處1年以下有期徒刑，或3千元以下罰金。
