「818拆政府」晚會昨在凱道登場，數千民眾相挺，後來佔據內政部廣場表達訴求。主辦單位台灣農村陣線發言人蔡培慧受訪說，今（19）日傍晚5時半將舉行記者會宣布告一段落，6時撤離。
農陣昨日指出，2011年底，行政院長江宜樺在內政部長任內，曾主導土地徵收條例修法，然而僅做些許文字調整，對於真正落實公益性、必要性及建立民主對等的聽證程序等條文至今闕如。
農陣呼籲，土地徵收條例修法必須實質修法，一步到位，並刪除區段徵收，才能徹底根絕浮濫徵收之亂象；就中長期而言，應儘速修訂都市計畫法、新訂國土計畫法，用以矯正區域發展失衡的亂象。
農陣表示，「818拆政府」活動絕對不是拆政府體制的終點，將進行一系列非暴力抗爭的精神理念及行動方式的傳承，擴大並深化公民意志的力量，除了形式民主，更應跳脫－民主僅限於行使投票權利的狹隘想像，厚實各種公共參與的可能與實踐。
農陣說，期望透過一系列的傳承活動，讓非暴力抗爭行動在全台遍地開花，並開啟種種非暴力抗爭的可能。
