我想要製作章魚燒，但是家裡沒有章魚燒機可製作！買一台機器又覺得太麻煩～因為只想做一次玩玩看，總不能買了機器只做一次...太浪費了吧！所以，我想請問大家有沒有其他的辦法來製做呢？章魚燒外觀不一定要圓的～有沒有什麼方法做出來不是圓圓的也沒關係～拜託幫忙！！

【張勵德／台北報導】新學期開學將至，弱勢家庭又得多支付一筆開學支出，讓家長及孩子相當憂愁。兒童福利聯盟今天公布「弱勢兒童開學困境調查」顯示，36.5%的弱勢學童家中常無力繳交開學時的營養午餐、書籍簿本及學生保險等費用，32.3%的弱勢孩子無法準時繳交校外教學、畢業旅行的費用，甚至有67.8%的弱勢孩子得四處和同學借用彩色筆、水彩、參考書等基本學習用品，在學習資源匱乏下，23.4%的弱勢國小孩子學習狀況欠佳，段考平均分數只有在及格邊緣或不及格，甚至有16.4%的孩子連26個英文字母都寫不出來，14.4%的孩子無法算出小數點加法題目。

兒童福利聯盟今邀請藝人郭采潔代言，發起「弱勢學童開學扶助計畫」，希望能募集1千萬元善款，協助2千個弱勢家庭孩子安心開學。洽詢電話：02-25505959轉1或網址：www.children.org.tw。

2名工作人員今早(19日)10時許，被站內的測量輻射濃度的警報器，測到2人頭部有高濃度的放射性物質，每平方公分達到13貝克勒爾(日本國家管理標準為40貝克勒爾)，2名員工正在接受進一步檢查。

本月12日，10名核電站員工也被驗出感染放射性物質，東電事後表示是站內防止中暑的噴霧器遭到污染，但噴霧器今早並未開啟。
