針對農陣發起「818拆政府」行動，卻有部分抗議人士利用立法院整修工程搭設的鷹架侵入立法院，偷偷換掉立法院大門口的國旗，換上「拆政府」及反核旗幟，立法院長王金平今（19）日上午表示，這樣的行為非常不尊重國旗以及立法院，「行為非常不當」，「換了旗子能改變什麼？」

聲援大埔事件引發的「818拆政府行動」晚會結束後，晚間約10點左右，負責活動的台灣農村陣線原先號召民眾前往行政院，最後走到內政部時，帶隊工作人員忽然改變目標，由於現場警力不足，緊急調派近百人前往支援，儘管雙方一度發生小規模衝突，但最後，大批民眾依舊順利佔據辦公大樓前的廣場。

數百名民眾不僅翻牆進入中央聯合辦公大樓區域，並在大樓柱子噴漆抗議，抗議民眾準備進行長期抗爭，還有部分抗議民眾闖入立法院更換國旗。

王金平上午表示，立法院是多元聲音的地方，應該尊重體制跟職權，他認為，抗議民眾換立法院國旗，不僅不尊重國旗，也不尊重立法院，對立法院也不公平，「行為非常不當」。

王金平說，大埔案是很多民眾關心的議題，立法院是多元聲音的地方，政府可以多多理解與重視，但一切還是要尊重體制與職權，「換了旗子能改變什麼？」

針對農陣發起「818拆政府」行動，並號召群眾在內政部前靜坐抗議，內政部次長蕭家淇在上午近11時左右出面與抗議民眾溝通，不過遭民眾以層級不夠為由，要求內政部長李鴻源出面，高喊「部長下來、次長回去」。

由台灣農村陣線發起聲援大埔拆除事件的「818凱道拆政府行動」今日上午持續進行，聲援群眾齊聚在內政部南棟辦公大樓門外空地，並堵住前後門，內政部大樓徐州路、濟南路出入口。

18日晚間約10點半左右，主導行動的台灣農村陣線與民眾原本聲稱將往行政院抗議，結果是聲東擊西，群眾真正目標是內政部中央聯合辦公大樓，警方措手不及無法阻擋，結果在近11時被數百人湧入，並堵住前後出入口，開始靜坐、講演。

抗議群眾在今日上午持續靜坐，警方在今日清晨並兩度舉牌警告，不過群眾並未散去，大樓外被貼滿「拆政府」貼紙、噴漆標語及髒話、內政部門外空地還被噴漆「暴政」彩繪。

據了解，李鴻源上午取消所有行程，不到8時就赴內政部坐鎮處理，並召集次長、營建署及地政司相關官員召開臨時會議，研商抗議民眾提出的「道歉賠償、地歸原主、徹查弊案、立即修法」4項訴求，檢視「土地徵收條例」等相關法規。

既然要討好短程使用者而提供免費里程，
也絕無把費用轉嫁到中、長途使用者的道理

既然電子收費已經勢在必行，
何不全面使用eTag繼續維持計次收費？

把目前的收費站拆掉，
但是感應器只裝在原本收費站的地方，
取消計程收費、維持計次收費，
這樣一來，不管對短、中、長途使用者而言，
都不會因為實施電子收費而漲價，
反而可以享受 36元/次的通行優惠，
這樣不是皆大歡喜？

提供免費里程的同時，計程收費已經失去它的意義(公平性)了，
何不取消計程收費、使用eTag繼續維持計次收費，
以實現道路收費的公平正義。
