【林世雄／台中報導】桃園地檢署日前針對269旅監視器疑遭滅證案偵結不起訴，洪仲丘家屬委託律師團提出訴狀，桃檢下午2點30分開偵查庭，洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸及律師團將出庭。

洪慈庸說，她想檢察官可能是針對監視器滅證案不起訴對家屬和律師團提出說明。

南京男子垂釣抬竿碰上高壓線　引爆炸昏迷

【綜合報導】前晚6時許，南京一名62歲男子在鼓樓區水關橋鐵路橋附近垂釣時，因魚兒突然咬鉤，男子快速抬竿，不料卻碰觸到上方的高壓電，不但使鐵路橋上方的高壓線炸出兩個大火球，男子瞬間倒地不省人事，塑膠纖維的魚竿受電擊後變得有如棉絮般。
 
事發後，當局趕到現場將男子送往醫院搶救，暫時脫離生命危險，但他全身50%深二度燒傷，還需抗感染等治療，痊癒還需要較長時間。觸電事故導致鐵路上方的高壓線跳閘，部分貨運列車晚點一小時左右。
