搜尋了一下，閣下應該是中了(IntelliTXT-泛稱) 的廣告技術
剛到了閣下看的網頁，判斷不是網射設計者設定的，
那可能是電腦在不自覺的狀況下安裝了插件或是程序
建議先開啟Chrome無痕模式看網頁，是否還是1樣狀況
如果正常，那就是你沒有把那附加元件移除。
IE附加元件、
Chrome擴充插件(chrome://plugins/)
火狐外掛
等1些瀏覽器(如果有裝的都要查)

建議先全部停用附加元件，然後1個1個開啟來測試，這是最簡單的方法，雖然有點煩....
