【綜合報導】中國維權人士郭飛雄的姐姐楊茂平，昨日向媒體證實，郭飛雄（本名楊茂東）被當局正式刑事拘留。

楊茂平昨日收到廣州市公安局天河分局的通知書，稱楊茂東已於2013年8月8日晚11點被刑拘，罪名是涉嫌「聚眾擾亂公共場所秩序罪」。

郭飛雄的律師隨牧青向《國際先驅論壇報》表示，中國當局加緊了對中國異議人士的打壓，郭飛雄只是其中之一。他認為郭飛雄此次被逮捕的直接原因，是他參與了今年初《南方周末》的維權活動。

郭飛雄自2003年起，多次參與中國維權活動。2005年他為廣東番禺太石村罷免村官提供法律諮詢，遭到當地公安局刑事拘留，並進行了長達59天的絕食抗爭。

之後，他因參加各種維權活動屢遭拘押和毆打，其中在2007年被廣州市天河法院以「非法經營」罪判處5年徒刑。2011年，郭飛雄出獄後繼續從事維權活動，並在2012年介入廣東烏坎選舉，以及參與李旺陽死亡真相調查等。

今年1月，《南方周末》事件爆發，郭飛雄參與了南周大門外的街頭抗爭活動，並發表政治演說。

今年3月，他與中國多名民主維權人士，發起敦促全國人大批准《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》的公民連署運動。

【王覺一／綜合報導】由桃園新明國中代表的中華青少棒隊今天以11比2擊敗美西亞歷桑那州代表隊，贏得LLB(Little League Baseball，世界少棒聯盟)世界青少棒賽冠軍，為台灣拿下今年第1座世界三級棒球冠軍。
 
中華隊在3局下由胡瑞麟展開攻勢，接著王偉安與邱繼諒、彭立中、吳峻安4支安打，幫助中華隊取得4比0領先。5局下，中華隊攻勢再起，黃子軒、邱繼諒、彭立中與方榮澤，加上頻頻發動盜壘戰術，造成對手守備失誤，一舉攻下5分。6局下，中華隊再靠4支安打，追加2分，
 
中華隊投手方榮澤撐滿7局，被敲7安打，前5局力保不失分，直到6局上才被美西轟出2分全壘打，7局上雖然被攻佔滿壘，但方榮澤不慌不忙，以再見雙殺拿下完投勝。
 
中華隊從1972年開始進軍LLB世界青少棒賽(14至16歲組)，在1997年中斷參賽前，一共拿下17座冠軍。2010恢復參賽，但是改參加13~14歲組，當年由台北市重慶國中奪下首座冠軍，新明國中則是在這項賽事為台灣拿下第2座冠軍。

標題[求助] 想請問這種情況算曖昧嗎

我和他是打工認識的同事 一開始只是覺得像哥兒們 （我個性大剌剌而他屬於溫和小娘） 可是我和他分享的小事他會記著 知道我喜歡吃什麼 會特地買給我吃 我以為他自己也愛吃結果後來他說他沒有喜歡 是因為我喜歡吃所以他買 我外表普普 但他常常說我只要改變一下就會很美 到後來我覺得自己有點喜歡上他 然後不知道該怎麼辦 我不知道他做這些到底算不算對我有好感 但我完全中招 可我們很少聊line 電話 fb 見面卻是熱絡的 有次去他家和他吃消夜 其實我有點想講 就用試探方式 但他卻笑笑說“該不會是要跟我告白吧，別這樣……之類的” 搞的我好想主動出擊 卻又怕是我誤會 請大家幫幫我吧…… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.201.190
