大陸委員會副主任委員張顯耀今天表示，包括大陸學生納入健保、大陸配偶身分取得年限、兩岸互設辦事處、避免雙重課稅等相關兩岸人民關係條例，能在年底前完成修法。

張顯耀今天出席全美台灣同鄉聯誼會第36屆年會，針對兩岸關係發表專題演講時表示，未來陸委會的主要工作目標，除了擴大並深化兩岸交流、推動海基會與海協會互設辦事處外，兩岸人民關係條例的修法也是重點。

張顯耀指出，這次修法最重要的一部份在於調整陸委會組織法，給予包括兩岸兩會，以及其他相關部會與大陸部門互設辦事處的法源，以便在兩會完成互設辦事處協商後，能有完整的法源依據，盡快完成辦事處互設。

關於備受爭議的陸生健保議題，張顯耀指出，大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室日前宣布，大陸求學的台灣學生辦理校園醫療保險，並可加入城鎮居民社會保險政策，已經在福建與廣東兩省試辦。在對等原則下，陸生也應該享有同等待遇。

至於陸配，他表示，陸配對台灣社會貢獻良多，也是新台灣之子的母親，不應該給予不平等的對待，陸委會希望修法，讓陸配能等同外籍配偶，在台灣居住滿4年就能取得身分。

這些兩岸條例的相關修法，張顯耀表示，已經完成行政院通過，送交立法院內政委員會，也已經展開與立法院各黨團的協商，希望能在年底前完成修法。

標題[心得] 入陣曲

聽完整首我超級激動！ 記得上一次這麼興奮是第一次聽到2012這首歌， 完全想要大叫大跳的那種驚艷感，讓我到現在心還跳的飛快、連打字手都還有點微抖XD 所以激動完了我寫了一篇心得， 可能偏離了原曲想要表達的蘭陵王的主題， 所以我先說，這只是我個人聽完歌曲的體會 :P -- 整首歌都是非常氣勢磅礡的編曲，每樣樂器在裡面都有出頭的機會。 開場就令人彷彿置身在另一個時空， 在一陣醞釀之後是電吉他熱血的揭開序幕， 阿信的歌聲娓娓道來故事的脈絡，穿梭其中的Bass聲線彷彿是流動的時間。 接上副歌，全部的樂器一起讓人熱血沸騰， 突然同時安靜下來的樂器們出乎意料，但你知道一切都是為了等待下次再度襲來的沸騰感 做準備。 第二次的主歌不同於第一次， 鼓聲敲醒你一直沉寂著的心、其中所訴說的喚醒你對真相的渴望， Bass從容的帶領你不害怕的前進、別忘了曾經寫下的輝煌。 於是接下來的副歌你更加堅定了， 再一次的廝殺後， 一段過門一下下的重重提醒著： 「忘不記 原不諒 憤恨無疆 肅不清 除不盡 魑魅魍魎 　幼無糧 民無房 誰在分贓 千年後 你我都 仍被豢養」 是啊，這不只是過去的事， 千年後，我們還在被欺騙、被假像所蒙蔽著，如果還是這麼情願被豢養著，那麼只是再重 蹈千年前的覆轍而已。 接下來的鼓又開啟了時空的大門， 電吉他的solo就像一幕幕的歷史畫面、 像是在對我們說著： 看向那些前人用血淚所編織的體會吧。 於是間奏帶我們穿越回現代， 其實剛剛的一段旅程都在呼應我們現在所處的時代。 最後一次副歌的第一段唱出了希望的感覺， 第二段的高音像是登高一呼、 而歌詞中唱著： 「夜已央 天已亮 白晝隱沒了星光 　像我們 都終將 葬身歷史的洪荒 　當世人 都遺忘 我血液曾為誰滾燙 　入陣曲 伴我無悔的狂妄」 「入陣去 只因 恨鐵不成鋼」 像是一種官逼民反的無奈、也像一種想要改變的決心。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.229.191.250

【綜合報導】美國愛達荷州太陽谷一滑雪度假區發生森林野火，火勢猛烈迅速延燒，鄰近超過1600位居民被下令緊急撤離。

【綜合報導】英國倫敦警察廳周六表示近來收到和1997年黛妃死亡車禍有關的資料，目前警方正在確認資料的可信度和相關性，但強調這不是要重新調查案件，並拒絕透露更多細節。
 
1997年8月31日黛安娜王妃，和當時男友多迪在巴黎遭狗仔追蹤，座車失控衝撞燈柱身亡，警方偵查報告排除是謀殺，指出應是司機酒駕導致，裁定是交通意外。

我覺得紋章用"高級物防'會比較理想一點~
因為缺魔的情況大概第一次回家後就不會出現了
再加上第2個籃BUFF 完全不會缺魔~
再之後更不會(因為你已經把魔疊的很高了!!!)
