箱屍案嫌犯自首免死 被害家屬怒批狡猾

南投埔里鎮在今年六月間，發生殺人又殺死三條小狗的箱屍命案，全案經南投地檢署偵查終結，因認為兇嫌李明哲在行兇後向警方自首，雖然犯行重大，還是依法求處無期徒刑；被害家屬對檢方求刑表示相當不滿意，更痛批嫌犯太狡猾。

南投埔里鎮在今年六月間，發生一起殺人又殺死三條小狗、駭人聽聞箱屍命案，兇嫌李明哲，因追求青梅竹馬多年的王姓女子不成，竟然懷恨女子的媽媽，先潛入位在南投縣埔里鎮的住家，將被害婦人砍殺致死，連三隻小狗也不放過，行兇之後還將被害者的遺體裝進預藏的行李箱內，搭乘計程車，將屍體棄置在台中租屋處之後，隨即搭車南下前往台南尋找王姓女子，意圖對她不利，所幸王姓女子外出逃過一劫；兇嫌李明哲因驚覺行兇後法網難逃，轉而前往高雄向警方自首；全案經南投地檢署偵查終結，認為嫌犯李明哲追女不成，遷怒女方的母親，才會涉嫌殺人藏屍，雖然預謀行兇的犯行重大，因事後主動向警方自首，還是得依法提起公訴外，並求處無期徒刑。

認受喪母之痛的被害者女兒，則是透過昔日的射箭教練對外表示，對於檢方提起公訴的具體求刑感到「相當不滿意」，並認為兇嫌是「精心策劃」行凶，還南下意圖殺害她，是深怕東窗事發才會自首，行徑狡猾；經南投地方法院審理後，認為兇嫌犯行惡劣、且有逃亡之虞，裁定持續羈押。

看護買飯翹班1.5小時　重病婦下樓摔死

穿著格子襯衫的婦人，被聘做24小時看護，但她從雇主家出門，坐上妹妹的摩托車，外出買便當。

這一買，12點16分離開，回來的時間已經1點46分，長達一個半小時，導致家裡這名罹患癌症、腦腫瘤，需要攙扶才能走路的老媽媽，為了上廁所獨自下樓梯，結果摔死。

朝陽大學教授廖珗洲：「她一開始就是說去買便當，但時間長達一個半小時，非常不合理，而且監視錄影帶就看到她跟她的妹妹出去。」

死者兒子非常不能諒解，他是朝陽科技大學教授，為了重病的媽媽，以一天2200元的薪水雇用全天看護，就是希望媽媽24小時都有照料，結果看護買便當買那麼久，吃飯吃一個半小時也太誇張。

事後檢方調查，他們才發現，看護不只買便當，還去銀行開戶，氣得提告，連帶求償300萬。看護：「我跟他們道歉，他們不接受，他們就是要錢，要我300萬，我拿得出來嗎？」

看護覺得委屈，她說照顧病人24小時，總可以吃個飯、辦個事情，發生意外不是她願意，面對雇主求償300萬，無奈地說，如果有這麼多錢，就不用辛苦當看護了，但既然領人家一天2200元的高薪，就應該盡責，以照顧病人為重心。
