(門諾教會)1950年恩格爾醫師繼之，柯丁選醫師協助設立小規模醫院、專為山胞進行醫療工作，1951年診所設立教育工作，有十位原住民學生接受一年護理訓練，並以實用護士任用。何護士擔任教學工作，林清和牧師任翻譯，此乃門諾會醫院護理學校前身，之後護理學校因為立案的關係，政府要求軍官進入校園教導軍訓課程，這違反基督/天主教會的教義，護理學校因此寧願放棄而關閉。
