小S老公許雅鈞 也成生技新貴

生技股本益比高，帶動借殼上市風或變身新藥股，由醫美整形大亨徐洵平、小S老公許雅鈞家族入主的基因，也因擁有醫美通路、採購和知名麵包店「胖達人」兩大最夯事業體，頗受矚目。

基因是借殼掛牌公司，前身為達鈺公司，在徐洵平等人入主後，轉型為醫學美容公司，主要從事統合診所醫藥的聯合採購。旗下公司包括有：韓風整型診所、韓式醫美診所、京都堂中醫診所、家醫專業藥師藥局、杜拜思特生醫公司、微閣產後護理之家。

另外，該公司今年因有來自胖達人16家通路的營收挹注，在毛利率高達50％下，激勵基因上半年稅後盈餘7,883萬元，年增率高達94.94％，每股稅後盈餘以2.06元躋身生技高獲利股族群。

幾年前一起與徐洵平合作進駐基因，並進行營運改造的基因監察人潘俊佑表示，徐洵平市場嗅覺靈敏，這幾年由於醫美競爭太激烈，毛利率大不如前，因此，又切入食品行業。他與小S老公許雅鈞家族在兩岸成立麵包店「胖達人」，並轉進複合式餐飲，不僅找了小S等名人幫站台背書，送麵包給名人試吃，都讓胖達人的新聞話題十足。

在胖達人業績蒸蒸日上，觀光類股也很有賣相中，如果那天基因轉為「觀光」類股，市場認為「這一點都不奇怪。」
