大埔事件持續延燒，台灣農村陣線今（19）日上午赴最高檢察署，告發苗栗縣長劉政鴻涉嫌貪瀆。律師詹順貴認為，過去批評、檢舉劉政鴻人士，多半遭苗栗地檢署起訴，他們質疑苗檢公信力，希望最高檢察署能針對幾個疑點好好釐清。
大埔事件越演越烈，苗栗縣政府在今年7月拆除大埔張藥局民宅，引發聲援民眾不滿，除了不定期向總統、行政院長嗆聲，大埔自救會等團體更在18日舉行「818拆政府行動」晚會，隨後又轉往內政部靜坐抗議。
今日上午，台灣農村陣線與律師再赴最高檢察署，遞狀告發劉政鴻。
律師詹順貴表示，劉政鴻執政這幾年，讓苗栗變成全國自救會最多、負債第二高的縣市，甚至有公務員在他任內離奇死亡，檢視這幾年的施政表現，可謂罄竹難書、怨聲載道。
此外，過去不少人因與劉站在對立面，最後遭苗栗地檢署起訴，農團嚴重懷疑苗檢是否還有公正辦案的能力，既然大埔案已經受到全國矚目，希望檢察總長黃世銘能指定將本案交由特偵組偵辦。
詹順貴補充，劉政鴻這幾年透過土地徵收獲取暴利，卻又原地保留自家房屋淨賺高價，讓人忍無可忍，況且劉在民國95年當選時，申報財產債務高達5千萬，沒想到隔了一年竟然全數還清，這種不合理的增加，恐涉嫌違反貪污治罪條例、圖利、財產來源不明等罪。
