洪案週五召羈押庭 洪慈庸:給院方時間空間

陸軍下士洪仲丘案件，桃園地檢署偵辦湮滅，偽造文書等罪嫌，桃方傳喚洪仲丘家屬到庭說明，希望能夠具體申告；有關相關內容，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，檢方希望了解之前遞狀部分，是不是有針對特定人員及內容、範圍。

另外有關桃園地院在週五召開羈押庭，洪慈庸認為應該給院方時間及空間，讓他們來消化整個案件。
