關於iphone帳號的信用卡付費問題?

這隻iphone用了3年多

以前沒信用卡是借用家人的帳號

但最近這張信用卡停掉

不久前剛好買了金額150的程式

但我忘記這張卡被停掉

現在要更新還是下載前

都要寫新的信用卡

可是我自己只有visa金融卡都不能用

現在這個帳號欠費了150

我想要讓它換成免信用卡的帳號

因為我幾乎都是用免費的app

只是忘記卡片被停掉按到
