畫動漫畫時需要的電繪軟體

聽說有一種東西雖然我不太明白因為我現在
才國一升國二 . 但我喜歡畫動漫﹑漫畫人物.

有一種東西可以再桌上有一個板子畫然後連接到電腦.
就是可以不用滑鼠畫 (因為很難畫.之前用過很多免費軟體還是不上手..

1.那個叫做什麼?

2.哪裡可以買得到?

3.最便宜也要多少!? . 那比較好的也有多少錢0.0?

雖然現在比較沒有能力去買那個東西但現在想瞭解以後賺錢時就可以買了:)
