在電腦的設定中，可以設定系統閒置多久時將螢幕關閉，將螢幕關閉可以省下不少的電，通常大家都是採用手動關閉電源，或是等到閒置時自動關閉，而 BlackTop 可以讓你採用快速鍵的方式關閉，更適合筆記型電腦的用戶，當稍微離開座位時，一定要就要給他黑畫面一下，也能預防別人偷窺你的資料。

黑畫面的操作很簡單，快捷鍵為 Ctrl+Alt+B，等同於電腦自動關閉電源螢幕，只要滑鼠或是鍵盤有操作，螢幕就會自己亮回來囉！
