被前公司要求負法律責任

之前在公司做一個製造機台的案子
我們那團隊做完那案子後就解散了
後來大家也陸續離職

一年後被前公司找回去開會
原來那個案子的機台出狀況導至客戶有人員受傷
由於當初這機台的設計圖面、製程檢驗都是蓋我的章
公司要求我負起該有的職業道德

機台修改讀圖面請我要修改好
這期間所需的電腦和人員，公司會幫你準備
(但公司不會付我薪水，說這是我出的錯)
人員受傷的民事賠償公司願意幫我負擔一半

開會時還請公司的法律顧問陪同作紀錄

我是不是該負這種責任?幫忙修改機台、賠錢?
