我朋友某天帶著30顆搖頭丸跟97包Ｋ他命去找我男朋友，我男朋友看她
帶那麼多毒品去上班會有危險得可能因此我男友跟我朋友說你先把東西
放在我這等你下班再來拿回！結果我男朋友被人陷害過一天就被警察抓
了！我朋友她也跟警察坦誠那些東西不是他的是他朋友得配合警方當天
就爪到男朋友的朋友！而他朋友也坦承東西都是他的跟我男朋友沒關係

但問題來我男朋友自己的東西有坦誠一顆搖頭丸跟一包安非他命判決
判完後我男朋友被‘叛了持有二級毒品五個月還有第二條二級毒品也是
五個月然後多了一條藥事法寄藏 5個月

這樣的判決我男朋友當然不服上訴了高等法院又被駁回
