罰鍰不繳駕照被註銷 申請核發駕照到8/31

請民眾注意這個訊息，新北市交通事件裁決處今天表示，自85年7月1號起，到95年6月30日號的10年間，曾因為罰鍰不繳納而被處分註銷駕照者，可在今年的8月31號之前，向裁罰機關繳清欠繳罰鍰後，再向監理機關申請重新核發新的駕駛執照。

市府表示，根據97年公布修正的道路交通管理處罰條例第65條規定：「於95年6月30號前，十年內，汽車所有人、駕駛人罰緩不繳納，經吊銷駕駛執照者，得於五年內繳清罰款後，申請核發。」但這個規定只到102年8月31號有效，從102年9月1號起，就必須一律重新考照；因此裁決所提醒符合條件的民眾，應於期限內儘速申辦，以維護自身權益。
