關於四個房間的格局規劃

目前訂購預售屋,在客變的前夕想要請問各位大大的意見
建坪:58p
格局:四樓半
一樓停車+孝親房
二樓客餐廳6p/6p
三樓主臥5p(不含浴室2p)+客房4p
四樓兩客房5p/4p
五樓神明廳

特殊需求:1需要一個空曠的空間(家中有四隻中型米克斯要玩耍)
2目前沒有小孩,以後預計生兩個XD
(小孩國小之前沒有獨立個人房間)

關於房間格局,有四種版本

A自己版本
四樓變成一間大房間,讓我們家毛小孩居住,遊戲.我們自己也在那一層上網,看電視,看書
三樓格局不變,客房保留,以後也可以當小孩房
疑惑:整層主臥會不會比較氣派?大家近十坪的整層主臥都怎麼運用,規劃?(我不需要更衣室XD)

B版本
三樓變成整層主臥
四樓同A版本
疑惑:四房變兩房,我婆婆說這樣以後難脫手
我們的確打算等小孩國中後再換房,房間數真的會影響脫手難易嗎?

C版本
三樓變成整層主臥
四樓維持兩房
疑惑:這樣就是小狗跟著我們住主臥,雖沒什麼不好,但四樓的兩個小房感覺沒什麼功能

d版本
維持建商格局,四小房
婆婆的最愛XD
