台中到彩虹眷村到溪頭

最近在規畫板橋高鐵到台中高鐵一日遊，大致行程如下↓
(板橋高鐵→台中高鐵→彩虹眷村→溪頭妖怪村→一中商圈→台中火車站→台中高鐵站)

請問從台中高鐵要怎麼坐車到彩虹眷村?
彩虹眷村又要怎麼坐車到溪頭妖怪村呢?(是要做回台中高鐵轉乘?)
各需花費多少時間?

還是我應該先從台中高鐵做台灣好行公車至溪頭妖怪村
再從溪頭那邊坐車去彩虹眷村會比較順?

最後行程想安排"一中商圈"會太趕嗎?
我預計坐晚上八點四十的高鐵回去板橋...

我的問題其實還蠻多的...
