MicroSD卡需格式化、無法格式化

我的MicroSD卡在某次使用的時候突然出現需要格式化才能使用，但是把它格式化卻又說無法格式化...
真的在網路上看了很多，有兩種問題分開的，偏偏就是沒有合在一起的，我也換電腦嘗試過了，但還是一樣
已經兩張卡這樣了，一張是4G的，一張是32G的，如果就這樣壞掉真的很心疼啊!!!
不知道有沒有人知道這種情況要怎麼解決才好
