【綜合報導】暴雨重創台南市，行政院長江宜樺今天到三爺溪視察，市長賴清德有備而來，直接當面槓上江宜樺。

台南市長賴清德表示，三爺溪整治預算，如果要用中央總預算來提撥的話，那整治工程根本就緩不濟急，直接向江宜樺要求以「特別預算」來整治三爺溪。
