大雨引爆土石流　基隆民宅被沖毀

康芮颱風環流夾帶豐沛雨量，受到對流雲系及鋒面影響，各地豪雨不斷，基隆碧砂漁港附近民宅31日因土石流爆發，被沖落百公尺，房屋幾乎全毀。

據媒體消息報導，民眾到基隆碧砂漁港附近餐廳用餐時，當時馬路上已有土石泥流，不料一行人走進餐廳沒幾分鐘，就傳來轟隆巨響。走出餐廳一看，發現有3棟3層樓高左右的透天厝，被土石流沖落將近百餘公尺到北寧路上，一樓幾近全毀，畫面怵目驚心。

據了解，塌毀的民宅內共有3戶人家，已在當地居住30幾年，沒想到午後暴雨導致土石鬆動，由於房屋座落在順向坡位置，因此被土石沖刷埋屋。警消獲報後，緊急封鎖事發地點，現場還可以看到泥水不斷從山上流下來，目前尚無人員傷亡。
