宏達電疑洩密案 2主管收押禁見

宏達電發生商業間諜案！宏達電HTC設計部副總簡志霖、聯同設計部處長吳建宏等3人，被控竊取尚未發表的手機圖形介面程式，還以假發票詐領近千萬設計費，北檢昨晚依涉嫌違反營業秘密法等罪嫌、傳訊簡志霖等人到案，漏夜偵訊，下午將兩人收押禁見，其他涉案人則交保候傳。宏達電這個月對簡志霖、吳建宏、以及設計師黃弘毅提出告訴，指控他們涉嫌虛報設計費近新台幣1000萬元，且疑似洩漏公司營業機密到大陸。據了解，簡志霖等人最近正在籌組手機設計公司、打算自立門戶，昨天檢調緊急搜索宏達電設計部門共七處，查扣電腦與手機，將相關涉案人帶回偵訊、並江吳、簡兩人聲請羈押，而就在傍晚，法官認為兩人有串證之虞，裁定收押禁見。
