美前年網攻231次　侵中、俄、北韓

【綜合報導】《華盛頓郵報》根據美監控計畫揭露者史諾登提供的機密文件，踢爆美國情報單位在前年進行多達231次「攻擊性網路行動」，目標包括北韓、俄羅斯、伊朗與中國。但美國前國安局官員強調，國防部與中國不同，從未利用網路從事「經濟間諜行動」。
 
美國的網攻行動代號為「精靈」，斥資6.5億美元（約194億元台幣）在電腦、路由器和防火牆放置「植入物」。這些攻擊行動，會使敵方的網路連線變慢，甚至干擾電腦的基本運算。華郵還引述前官員的說法指出，2011年的攻擊行動，超過7成的目標為俄羅斯、大陸等4國。
