因為不知為何手機讀不到smi卡
所以我在8月19號的時候
將我的手機送回原廠(震旦通訊)
我的手機是亞太的Hot Q
算是冷門的品牌了
後來修了兩個禮拜都還沒好
我就打電話過去問
他回我說:一般送修都要14、15天，還要扣掉假日，因為他們假日休息
結果我9月2號再打過去問
換另一個人接電話，他跟我說:送原廠會比較久
我問他:那大約要多久?
他就一直回我:送原廠會比較久
這.....都快修一個月了
我要繼續等還是直接打消費者保護專線了?
