警察人員退休生效日問題

107年7月滿25年，可以申請在107年6月2日以後自願退休。
公務人員年資按月計算，7月到職則7月算全月在職，任職到6月2日以後則算6月全月在職。
但自願退休生效日仍要以申請退休人的意願為主。
