我今年18歲,於1994年9月出生,今年7月,我辦了綠卡後來美國旅遊,但因某些原因,我留在美國讀社區大學,我的問題是

1.如果我在美國讀完大學,回台後我會不會被判為逃兵?

2.我在美國所就讀社區大學CSN(college of southern nevada)的在學證明能否被承認?

3.在學證明須具備哪些項目?是否會牽涉到full-time和part-time的問題?

4.如果我在寒暑假回台探親,我需要做哪些準備?
