馬訴訟照打說 王金平：他是總統 給予尊重

針對總統馬英九宣布「訴訟照打」的立場，立法院長王金平今（15）日下午被媒體堵訪時表示，「他是總統，我們要給予最高的尊重。」

在假處分獲勝暫保國民黨員資格後，立法院長王金平回高雄路竹家鄉2天，下午前往高鐵站搭車北返時，被大批媒體包圍，簡短回應記者的提問。

由於立法院將在17日開議，媒體問到有關總統馬英九跟行政院長江宜樺提到議事歸議事，訴訟照打，會不會擔心黨務無法涉入被架空？王金平表示，尊重他們的講法。

而今天傳出國民黨已決定撤銷邀請王金平出席全代會一事，王金平說，他不知道有這回事，尊重他們。媒體追問，會不會覺得很難過或失望？他則回說，依照相關規定處理就好。媒體再問會不會出席929全代會？王金平說，他不知道，他會依照通知行事。

對於媒體問到「就您的認知，您現在還是黨員嗎？」王金平指出，這是司法部門認定的。

媒體追問10月10日國慶日會出席嗎？王金平說，「那是我主辦的，我當然要去主持。」而跟總統同台會尷尬嗎？他說「不會啦！」媒體再問會跟總統握手嗎？他說，「當然要握啦！」

有關馬總統提到「訴訟照打」，這樣跟總統互動，會不會覺得不夠有誠意？王金平說，「不會啦！他是總統，我們要給予最高的尊重。」
