事情是這樣的:
我父親與母親由法院判決離婚，父親也因此背負了債務200萬。
2年後我的爺爺奶奶相繼過世後，在台北留下一棟房子，
父親擔心房屋可能遭到扣押，因而協議由父親的弟弟(我的叔叔)一人繼承，
叔叔有口頭承諾財產若是有賣掉，將分給我父親其該有的部份。
1年後我父親因為擔心房子根本不會賣找我叔叔商量，叔叔說不記得了，
感覺像是要自己獨吞爺爺奶奶的遺產。

請問我如何能夠捍衛屬於我父親的權利，能夠主張要求財產共有嗎?
又或是我可以主張父親惡意脫產，讓法院判決強制執行共有，再將所得部分移轉回給父親?
