大二下休學 轉學考可以從大三開始讀嗎?

有上網到處看了相關文章
但是還是不太懂=.=
首先 我參加轉學考也會是相關科系(設計)

1.大一上下學期有1.2科必修沒有過
大二只讀完上學期 下學期休學
這樣可以轉學考 直接考大三嗎?
(請明確告訴我 可以 或是 不可以)
可以等轉成大三之後
再來補修二下其他科系嗎?

2.如果不行這樣轉學考的話
那如果轉夜間部會不會比較容易通融呢?

3.目前就讀中國科大
可以推薦公私立的大學或是科大
在台北市或新北市
風評不錯 而夜間部也不會太難考的嗎?

4.日間部的話會建議我轉哪一所呢?
